How we hire
Our 6-Step Process
Application & Screening
Submit national ID, KRA PIN, certificate of good conduct and two references. Initial phone screening.
Background Verification
We verify identity, confirm prior employment history, and check police records. No blacklisted guards ever join our ranks.
Fitness & Aptitude
Physical fitness assessment plus written aptitude and situational-judgement tests.
Training Academy
Comprehensive training: communication, first aid, basic security guarding, fire safety, access control, conflict resolution and customer service.
Field Mentorship
First month deployed under a senior supervisor with daily debriefs and covert performance checks.
Confirmation & Growth
Confirmed officers join a structured promotion path: Senior Guard → Supervisor → Operations.
Requirements
- Kenyan citizen with valid National ID
- Certificate of good conduct (not older than 1 year)
- Minimum KCSE or equivalent education
- Physically fit and able-bodied
- Clean employment history
- National Youth Service background preferred
