    Submit ID, KRA PIN, certificate of good conduct and references. Initial phone interview.

    Background Verification

    We verify identity, prior employment and confirm a clean police record.

  3. 03

    Fitness & Aptitude

    Physical fitness assessment plus written aptitude and situational-judgement tests.

  4. 04

    Training Academy

    Two-week residential training: foot drill, customer service, fire safety, first aid and ethics.

  5. 05

    Field Mentorship

    First month deployed under a senior supervisor with daily debriefs.

  6. 06

    Confirmation & Growth

    Confirmed officers join a clear promotion path: Senior Guard → Supervisor → Operations.
